You can create templates to use when invoicing users. Templates are a digital version of a form letter and can help save you time when invoicing requesters. They can include information for the requester and any fields your staff needs to fill out.
Create an Invoice Template

Navigate to the Admin header and click Invoice Templates in the drop-down
- Click the Create Invoice Template button
- Enter the Name and Text for your invoice template
Note: The template name is for staff use only. To display a summary title publicly, add it to the Text box. - Click the Save button
Edit an Invoice Template

Navigate to the Admin header and click Invoice Templates in the drop-down
- Click the Edit icon (pencil) next to the template you want to edit
- Edit the Name and Template Text
- Click the green checkmark to save
