Set Request Numbering

In this article, you will learn more about Request Numbering, such as reset dates, configuration, and permissions.

Important Notes

• Request numbers reset at the beginning of each year and use sequential numbers from that point. For example, at the beginning of 2024, request numbering will start at 24-1.
• Request numbering cannot be changed after the portal goes live.

Instructions

1. Log in to your account.
2. Select the Admin drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the portal.
   
3. Click Portal Settings on the Admin drop-down menu.
   
4. Click on Request Numbering under the Policies heading in the left-hand navigation menu.
   
5. Enter the desired Request Start Number.
   
   
   Note: This is a required field as marked by the asterisk next to the field name.
6. Click the blue Save button below the Request Start Number text field.
