In this article, you will learn more about Request Numbering, such as reset dates, configuration, and permissions.
- Request numbers reset at the beginning of each year and use sequential numbers from that point. For example, at the beginning of 2024, request numbering will start at 24-1.
- Request numbering cannot be changed after the portal goes live.
Who can use this feature?Admins
- Log in to your account.
- Select the Admin drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the portal.
- Click Portal Settings on the Admin drop-down menu.
- Click on Request Numbering under the Policies heading in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Enter the desired Request Start Number.
Note: This is a required field as marked by the asterisk next to the field name.
- Click the blue Save button below the Request Start Number text field.
