Set Request Numbering

In this article, you will learn more about Request Numbering, such as reset dates, configuration, and permissions.
Important Notes
Request numbers reset at the beginning of each year and use sequential numbers from that point. For example, at the beginning of 2024, request numbering will start at 24-1.
Request numbering cannot be changed after the portal goes live.

Instructions
Log in to your account
Click Portal Settings on the Admin drop-down menu
Click on Request Numbering under the Policies heading in the left-hand navigation menu.
Enter the desired Request Start Number.
Note: This is a required field as marked by the asterisk next to the field name.
Click the blue Save button below the Request Start Number text field.
