Important Notes
- Request numbers reset at the beginning of each year and use sequential numbers from that point. For example, at the beginning of 2024, request numbering will start at 24-1.
- Request numbering cannot be changed after the portal goes live.
Instructions
- Log in to your account
- Click Portal Settings on the Admin drop-down menu
- Click on Request Numbering under the Policies heading in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Enter the desired Request Start Number.
Note: This is a required field as marked by the asterisk next to the field name. - Click the blue Save button below the Request Start Number text field.
